I purchased a new laptop and have been unsuccessfully been able to connect my controller. I have reached out to everyone. I understand there is an issue with windows 10 and the drivers but no one has been able to provide me a fix. Can anyone please provide and info. I have updated all the drivers several times, updated the bios and still no luck. I have an event coming up soon and I need to get this resolved asap.
