Troble with "leaking" audio signal

Fonkboi 9:45 AM - 30 August, 2021
Hello!
I have my Numark Mixtrack Pro (NMP) connected to a mixer, each channel from the rca-output on the NMP in to 2 separate stereo channels on the mixer. I start a song on deck B and it sounds fine in my spekers. Then, when pressing the cue-button in order to pre-listen to what I wanna play next (from deck A), the signal from this deck A "leaks" out into the main mix! I,m only supposed to hear this signal in my headphones but it leaks out, extremely annoying! Can anyone help me solve this problem? Thanks in advance!

Sounds like a fader bleed.
I'd try cleaning the fader but it may need to be replaced.

An audio signal is a representation of sound typically as an electrical voltage. Audio signals are used to carry information in a wide variety of applications including broadcasting recording and communication. The most common type of audio signal is an analog signal which can be generated by sources such as microphones and musical instruments. I have clicked here earthweb.com to learn basic tips to write a CV as digital audio signals are used in a variety of applications including Compact Discs (CDs) computer audio and digital audio broadcasting (DAB).
