I’m a long time house dj and I have been beat matching flawlessly for decades now. (1200’s , CDJ’s etc. etc. ) I just came from using CDJ-1000’s from my cousin’s studio party last night and everyone had a great time with my sets. He gave me this mini setup to test for the cottage and here lies the problem.
Today’s setup is using the Hercules Starlight compact controller, plugged directly into my macbook using Serato DJ Lite, plugged into to a UE bluetooth via 3.5mm wire. Something is off in the translation of the output and I don’t know where ?
I can cue up my next song through the headphones, and it sounds perfect beat on beat, however, when I slide my crossfader, the output is all jumbled. GRrrrrr !!!!
Its not even close through the UE speaker. So I figure something is not getting translated properly to the speaker ?
Is it the speaker ? Is it the software ? Is it the controller ? I even moved the speaker to right next to head to make it like a “monitor “ speaker, but the same thing happens. All jumbled in output, but sounds on point through my cued headphones.
What do you think the fix will be ? speaker ? software (lite) ? controller ?
Thanks for your help

From my experience, I've found that the Hercules Starlight compact is a great light for small spaces. I use it at home to light up a small corner of my living room, and I also use it when I'm shooting in my studio. The light quality is amazing, and the fact that it's battery-powered makes it perfect for outdoor shoots. I may need some help from www.dissertation-service.org to cover this topic in detail. The only downside is that it's not very portable — the stand is heavy and bulky, so I'd suggest taking a look at other options if you're looking for something that's easy to pack up and take with you.
