Keen to understand a bit more about this. Are you loading the audio files onto the Sample deck or the Audio Track deck? And when you say Master Version, do you mean just playing outside Studio?

Yes, onto Audio Deck. So, when you go to make a DJ Edit, you drop an audio file onto the above audio deck (where you dissect the desired clips). And below again you have, I guess also called, audio decks, but multiple of them (if one keeps on adding multiple audio files). So, in my case, there is a volume difference between these two "types" of audio decks I guess. The top one and the others which are below. All withing DJ Edit workflow.
And by "master version", again I mean what you get as the end result below all audio decks within DJ Edit window. Not outside of the Studio.

To conclude: there are two places to play your audios, within DJ Edit window. Top one, when you play an individual audio file, and the bottom half section where you play all of your added audio files (including its final "master" section at the very bottom).

And I get volume difference between these two "places" so to speak.
