Buenas como estan, consulto si a alguin le a pasado este inconveniente

E intentado borrar la versión 1.9.9 djpro desde el registro para hacer una instalación limpia pero sigo sin poder borrar, para instalar la última versión actual de serato.
en win 10 64 bits.
me funciono una noche perfecto solo que no lo active por que solo era un rato de uso y al apagar la laptop al día siguiente no funciono mas,,
tengo la versión 1.9.9 instalada en mi pc de escritorio con win7 64bits y anda perfecto.

la laptop es una asus..
también probé varias versiones pero sigue igual, en la web de serato desactive las licencias para no generar conflicto entre ellas, solo ocupo dos.
hasta el momento no puedo reistalar nada de serato,
en el proceso me sale primero estas palabras.
