akai amx drops out and audio fails with serato dj pro 2.3.1

everything i plug up my akai amx to serato dj pro 2.3.1 i will have drops out while playing and audio fail the same time . or while playing music on the this same mac book pro 2015 with catalina 10.15.1 the music will just start dragging going slow stop and audio fail. when i unplug the akai amx and restart serato dj it will work.

Hi father larry, This forum is for discussing Serato Studio (the application) so you'll get the wrong audience here. Suggest you try your post on on one of the Serato DJ forum areas. PS I'd help if I could but don't have any clue why the Amx would cause degraded performance of SDJ). Alternatively you could riase a support ticket. cheers,
