To delete a Scene just select it and press 'Delete' on your computer keyboard. Regarding your second question - you can make a cue point play for 8 bars maximum inside a Scene, by making the Scene longer and then dragging the Cue Point note across each Scene Page. In the future, you will also be able to do this using an Audio Track if you wish. This will be coming in an update later on.
