Cues And Loops Missing on Video

I'm running Serato 1.9.4

When I copy a crate over from my external HD to a my local drive using the 'COPY' crate method in the file browser all my loops and cues go missing on my local.

Where are the actual Cues/Loops meta stored? I use mostly .mov files

In the _Serato_ folder a lot of the time.
