I get the following message when I click the activation link after purchasing Serato Sample

"oops.
We're sorry, but something went wrong.

Request id: 4a8a49bbd8cd9d9d-SYD

Take me back to the homepage"

Can anyone help me with this?

open up a help request here support.serato.com
might need to deactivate from other PC's you have,

also you need to enable serato sample in your serato settings
