Serato Sample Activation Problem

I bought Serato Sample, but I can not activate it. After the start, I can only enter my Emai address and then a mistake error, I am not connected to the Internet. But if I click on "Buy" I could buy Seratto Sample again, so I'm coming to the Internet correctly.
Can someone help?
