How to save sample presets?

New to Sampler and want to know if it's possible to save a sample chop I've created so I can access it in other beats.

Also, when saving beats via DAW, where are the sample files in Serato Sampler located? They aren't saved with the beat are they? Sounds like a nightmare for loading older tracks ie missing samples.

Good questions. I would like to create new ideas with Sample and be able to easily access them later. Trying to find a way to catalog ideas in the most efficient way.

There's no way to do this inside the the plugin atm which imho is a staggering omission, all you can do is save the chops as an instrument racknin the case of Ableton or as a program inside MPC software and so on.. hopefully we will get a save options in a future update.. although it looks like the devs are currently pimping the streaming options in serato dj, clearly there's more money to be made with premium service tie ins than updating sample.. meh...
