Hi Lou, the cues should definitly still be there! Did you move the original file that Serato Sample was referencing?

What do you mean by "out of key"? Has the key of the cue changed, or has the global key changed?

Does this happen for every session you load?

Thanks for the reply. This only happened to 2 of my projects. I did not move the original files. I simply downloaded the update and opened some of my projects. I believe it's happening because I didn't save the samples in serato sample so it's trying to look for them. This is probably why I noticed I had to reload the sample and why it's out of Global key when in keyboard mode. I'll go back and save the sample first in 1.05 then upgrade and I'll let you know if it's user error. Thanks!

So I went back and saved the samples in serato sample 1.0 and then I installed the current update. The same 2 projects had the same issue. Not sure what's going on now. Thanks.

To fix the issue, I just loaded the original sample again and saved it in 1.1. Problem solved.
