Is anybody having a problem activating serato sample on fl studio

I just bought Serato Sample 10/29/17 I can't log in to activate it. I'm connected to the internet I disable my fire wall and anti virus uninstall and reinstall the plugin. I'm not getting any luck.

FL Studio 12.5
