Cant activate serato sample

Does anybody know how to bypass the internet needs to be connected to log into serato? I tried disabling my firewall and iam using a strong internet connection and it does not work. plz help. I bought the license on 10/29/17 and still cant use it plz help.

I had the same problem.
My solution: 100% deinstalling and new installing helped me (on macos 10.13.2).
There was no need to change the internet settings.
