Hi you may have to go into your "My Serato" panel when offline in Serato and in the products tab you should see "Serato Video" and do a license refresh. if not try going into your profile page on the serato website and in your products you should find the serial if the serial does not show then try the first step activating through the "my serato" panel where it says "activate/buy sdj"
