Yamaha DXR12 vs. QSC K12

I know there's a million speaker threads so pardon me for doing this.

I'm looking for a light/small portable rig for smaller events. So far I'm leaning towards the Yamaha DXR12s based on what I've heard from others. I haven't heard from anyone who have experience with both. Anyone have experience with the two? DXR12 VS. QSCK12.
