Wen ever i unplug my mc2000 mixer i have sound. But when i plug it in, i dont have any sound and my volumes are all on

Hi joshj2013,

Are you aware that sound will only come through your controller when you have it conected and Serato DJ open?

You need to plug headphones and a Stereo/PA into the controllers output to get sound.

Hi there, I am unable to hear sound out of my external speakers when the Denon MC2000 is connected to my MacBook. I have the RCA cable plugged in to master output, which is connected to 3.5mm plugged into the external speakers but I can only hear sound out of my headphones. Please advise. Thank you!
