the problem is when i try to drag the song or track i want from my library to my virtual deck the song goes back and a yellow triangle and the words "unsupported file format" come up. i have tried several different things like re installing quicktime making a new database v2 file and many other things. this has now became very frustrating!

Hi dj jr josh,

Can you advise me what kind of file you are trying to load?

"When.mp3" is an example.

Let me know.

Cheers

I have the same probleme here. Somehow all the tracks i bought on iTunes are marked as "unsupported file format". iTunes says that the type of the file is an AAC-Audio data file. (MPEG-4-Audiodatei (.m4a)). Should i convert it into a .mp3?

Can I use both decks on the Mixdeck from one USB thumb drive??? In other words, is there a way to pull music from the USB on the left deck to the right deck.

Thanks DJ FOXX
