White Label track

Blazin Johnny 7:43 PM - 15 May, 2014
I recently ran my entire library through Platinum Notes/ Mixed in Key only to find my White Label Tracks had come out if it Craptacular. I was able to get about 98% of my tracks back from White Label, but I have one ( Wuki's Same Damn Sound) that will not go back into my iTunes library. I've redownloaded it and it will not go anywhere but my desktop. Anyone got any ideas on this? I had it in my iTunes before, I'm not sure what's going on- protected or something? Thanks for any help you can give.. I HAVE to have this track back!

Sounds like the issue with Wuki's Same Damn Sound not importing back into your iTunes library could be related to DRM protection or a metadata conflict caused by running it through Platinum Notes/Mixed in Key, which sometimes alters file info that iTunes uses to recognize tracks. One workaround is to try importing the track into a different music app first, like MusicBee or VLC, then re-exporting it as a standard MP3 or AAC before adding it to iTunes. Make sure the file isn’t read-only and that you’re signed in with the same Apple ID that originally purchased or downloaded it. If all else fails, re-downloading directly from White Label and avoiding any processing before importing might help. For an unrelated example of handling tricky game steps, check out spikethegame.com
