Bring back Scratch Live Style rpm selection

First off great job on the new software. Really enjoying it!

Would be awesome if we could select the rpm for each deck in the same manner as scratch live. I have developed a way of using these in conjunction with the rpm buttons on the turntables to do transitions. I can only really do them 1 way now.

Removing features like this from SSL makes it feel like Serato dont care about the CV users any more. :(
