I like to mix in 45 rpm and scratch in 33. This is impossible as the rpm setting is common for both decks. This was working good in scratch live. :(

Lol, is that odd or what? As I learnd to dj on turntables its the way I like it. Most of my music on vinyl is 45s but all scratch records are at 33.

I say it's interesting because I initially thought that you'd have more incremental control of speed if you were mixing at 45 RPM vs 33 1/3, but now that I'm thinking of it, a +/- of say, 2% of the current speed @ 45 RPM SHOULD produce the same effect as if you were making that same +/- of 2% at 33 1/3 if your turntable is calibrated correctly.

DJJOHNNYM_vSL3, Making small pitch adjustments by pushing or braking the platter give you more incremental control on 45...

I never touch the platter, I use the pitch.

Wow you still can't do this??
It would be useful.
I'm only just now looking at scratching more seriously and it seems 33rpm is the best for scratching, while I always prefer 45 for mixing

I'm hoping that one day this simple, yet incredibly useful, option makes a comeback... :-/

Aaaand another shameless bump for 2018. Here's hoping Serato DJ Pro 2.0.x or 2.x can address this simple request! ;)
