NS7II freezes up and stops talking to serato dj.

NS7II is freezing after using for a couple hours or a couple minuets.
I have the latest drivers from numark and have done all pc optimizing and have gone as far as sending controller back to numark. the controller is functioning properly. I have seen other people with exact issue im having with same operating system. has anyone resolved there issues? please help

Hello,

If you're getting audio glitches, freezing, clicks or dropouts, then there is a high chance you may be experiencing a USB dropout.
A USB dropout may be shown by the USB dropout indicator lighting in your Serato Software however this may not always happen.
