I notice that I am unable to play files in Serato Intro which are MPEG-4 Audio/m4a files. Is there a way to work around this? Or can i convert them to a playable format without sacrificing bit rate?

Hey Boomdraw,

MP4/M4A files aren't supported with Serato DJ Intro. You will need to use a 3rd party converter to change that file type. I would suggest 'mpeg streamclip'.
