HELP!! Serato Dj Won't stay connected to NS72

So I have an Hp computer witn an i3 Intel processor. When I start my NS7 2 up and my Serato Dj it works for like 30 seconds and then I lose control of the NS2. I'm so lost. Why won't it stay connected to the software? After I lose control the music still plays through the software.
