when i plug the dj controller its recognizes by the computer and its working but there's no sound coming out from the speakers.
I had the 1.2 software version but i wanted to install the latest 1.5, and now there's no sound. how can i atleast return to the serato 1.2 version?

Dude I had the same problem. Reinstall your ASIO driver and restart Serato.

Have you got sound in the headphones?

This could be related to the soundsystem, how have you got your DDJSX plugged into speakers?

Is it the same for every channel?

have you updated the drivers and firmware for the DDJSX?

I've the same Problem after a new Installation (Win7 64 - Serato DJ - Pioneer DDJ-SX)

It seems, that there is no internal Routing to the Master / Headphone Section. External Source like line or mic working fine, but no Sound from Serato DJ (Channel Level ok but no Master Level)

i did update the firmware, there's no sound even on the headphones, no sound on any other channel its like DJ-SVEN (above comment) Channel Level ok but no Master Level.
pls help!!!

yes i just made it...and its cuz i changed the usb port...
