No sound output - maybe a solution for other people with this problem

After installing Serato DJ 1.5 I had the Problem, that there was no Sound Output (Cue / Master / Booth). In 2 Days of intensive testing I found out, that the Problem is Independent from the OS (Win 7 64 or 32), Drivers, etc.

I'm using a Cherry USB Keyboard with Trackball, but I also tried different USB-Keyboards to found the solution:

Everytime when the DDJ-SX is plugged in a USB-Port wich is on the same Controller (via internal Root-Hub) like my Keyboard, the Problem Comes. Plugging the Keyboard to another USB-Controller is the solution.

Would be nice to hear, if anyone can solve his Problem on the same way.

Hi Sven, thanks for your help on this issue. Yes sometimes other USB devices can cause issues with controllers and the Serato DJ software.

I will put this thread into the general discussion area as more people will be able to jump in and check out this helpful tip!
