Hi Sergey Boyko,

Sorry to hear you are having problems. Thanks for providing your computer info.

Have you updated the DDJSX firmware recently?

Here is where to do that - pioneerdj.com

Let me know if that allows you to connect.

Hi Sergey,

Running same setup with MBP and 10.8.5.

What i had with the last update to 10.8.5 is that i had to switch USB port when Serato DJ doesn't recognize DDJ-SX. After switch port when running Serato DJ and DDJ_SX on it worked. Look also in set of mac book. (About this Mac => More info => System report => USB => pioneer controller...

HI Sergey Boyko,

My apologies, i didn't see that you had stated the firmware already.

If you can let me know if you can disable the "soundbooth" device in the audio devices list.

I'm curious whats that being used for. Or alternatively switch to the internal mac device to see if that allows the software to grab the Pioneer driver.

Can you also try an older version of Serato DJ to compare with? - serato.com

We are releasing a new update for Serato Dj 1.5 in october which will address some connectivity issues.

Hi All,

Same here!

Since i installed serato DJ (1.3.0) and start Serato DJ my DDJ-SX is not recognized. I have to pull the USB cable and then it will start.

Same problem if i power on the DDJ-SX first.
