My Serato Dj isnt working on my windows 8 laptop. All I need to know for the meantime is what do I need to do or download in order to get it working temporarily until Serato makes it compatible.

what are the full specs on your computer? is your processor intel or AMD? where you using a serato prgoram before trying dj 1.3? i used itch for a long time because i had issues with serato dj. to get dj to work on my computers i made one change. in the settings menu click on library tab, make sure "Show iTunes Library" is unchecked. to do this you may have to open itch or dj intro then after that change dj works just fine for me. oh yeah and i noticed that you help request has been closed so you may need to open a new request. just above your latest post there is a line that says this request has been closed due to inactivity.

same here tried on two machines same thing . window window7 . open to a black /blank screen . 1.8

what kind of system are you guys running AMD intel Quadcore some system info would help out here guys .

did you upgrade to windows 8.1? what about what kind of hardware specifications you have with your laptop?

My Ram Is 3GB... So I Cant Get It

bro you need more ram on your machine , and if you cant upgrade more ram its time to upgrade your machine even though win 8 is a lighter version of windows you still need more ram to run serato to me a minimum of 4gb ram
