Can you please outline your issues for me with a little more specificity? None of the issues I think you are describing should be specific to a version of Serato DJ. Is there anything else you have changed about your setup recently?

List each issue you are having 1., 2., 3., ... and I'll look into it for you.

1) fall outs when playing, console will not respond ,2)left deck dont work platter don't work, 3)freezes for about 5-6 sec ...what do I do...? the serato dj I used 1.2 worked ok,but the new 1.2.1 not good....my pc is only used for djing, don't go on line ....I have got a dell xps with i5,8gigs ram, 750 hard drive ,windows 7....apart from drop outs, freezes from itch, it works a lot better for now, but still at agig cant have that...don't look good for me.....

just one little prob...when my pitch is set on 16%, at 9 % and up after 2mins it will start playing like it is on 50% full. when I pull back ,goes back to the rite pitch.. what's up with dat..

Sorry man, I've tried to reproduce this a number of times now on a couple of computers and software versions, but I just can't get it to happen. there could be something funky going on with your physical slider or circuitry.

Does it happen on both decks for you?

Serato DJ 1.7.3 works with both the NS7 and the NS7II just fine. If you're having an issue, please open a help request at support.serato.com so one of the team can help out.
