Can't get GlobalFX working with ITCH

I was using GlobalFX with Scratch Live, but it looks like it is not working with Itch, when I launch it I get initialization error, if Itch is open. Otherwise if I launch GlobalFX first then Itch freezes, any one have any ideas?

Here is some info on the program it really works well when it does work.
