Hey my friend,

I am new to Texas and have been asked to mix in some occasional Tejano into my sets. Where do you source your music?
DjKubo 10:16 PM - 12 April, 2018
Hello Dj Mista,

Welcome to Texas, the friendliest state! I don't know if you managed to find a solution to your question. What I would try is go on Spotify or Youtube and search for Tejano, or Tejano Top 100, Tejano Wedding, Top 100 Tejano songs, etc. with the finality to gather the names of the songs and most important the Artists, then you can search them on your apple music, google play, record pool, etc.

Thanks for the suggestion. Do you use any specific pool?
DjKubo 3:12 PM - 13 April, 2018
I haven't been able to find one in specific. But I use the "bpmlatino" pool to get a lot of spanish music and videos. You could try searching the songs in soundcloud too. Getting them from youtube to mp3 or torrents may help but remember the sound quality varies. Or ask the people at your new job to lend you their tejano cds, usbs or go to the thrift stores and look for tejano cds and import them to your laptop. Another place where you can find this music is at your local library in the music section!
