Hello! Updated to SDJ 1.2 today. I plugged my DDJ SX in the same usb port, but there is no master audio out and headphone out.

Track loaded on channel 1
volume knob up on channel 1
fader up on channel 1
fader switch on thru
master volume knob up
speakers to ddj sx up

The vu meter on channel 1 is lit and dancing to the beat

However, there is no output to get out of the ddj-sx on either headphones or master.

Troubleshooting i did

plugged it in another port
unistalled SDJ, reinstalled
uninstalled the drivers pioneer, reinstalled
uninstalled through the audio panel on windows (properties, properties, driver, uninstall)

I ran out of ideas. The only thing that changed is i put my tower on a new case. The SX is connected on the same motherboard on the back I/O section as it was before, so I don't think its the usb ports. I really need help, I spent an hour and instead of playing music and enjoying my self, I have to troubleshoot.

Please serato I really need your help and thank you

I actually figured it out thanks. The switches were assigned. The problem was somewhere with the drivers, I had to uninstall them in safe mode. Now sound goes through in serato. Please just fix the random crash issues, cause the multi FX mode is above amazing!

Close this thread thank you

Can you please explain what you did, I am having the exact same problem as you and I have no idea how to fix it!

What worked for me was uninstall Serato DJ and Drivers. If you have video, uninstall that too.
I went into safe mode to install pioneer drivers, and then booted normally and installed DJ.

IDK if the safe mode really did it, I think it was serato video that was interfering with that. Try uninstalling serato video first, and then see if it works. If not follow the above.

Make sure the DDJ sx is not connected for any of the installations.
