Yes, I understand how to enlarge the main waveform, but I can't find an option to enlarge the overview waveform.

Here, I made you a comparison. I figured there was no way to actually "zoom" the waveform, but it would be nice if there was a layout that provided a larger view. With the Traktor layout, it's easier to see where you are in a song and seek to a position more accurately.

When using the mouse, it would be easier to seek through a song. Also, the position of cue points and markers would be easier to discern on a larger overview waveform. It's a trait of Traktor that I find beneficial, and I'm suggesting it for Serato.

The extended waveforms is also too narrow. It's harder to see them when setting cue points & making a precise manual looping.

If you are using 2 decks, holding down shift + left clicking on the waveforms will make them a little larger........... just in case you were unaware of this function :-)

Wave form preview is absolutely too small.
There should be a layout without the virtual plate (i really don't need them) available, so it would be possible to dedicate more space to the waveform preview.

waveform view for beatgrid or markers in offline and online modes is pretty poor imho, it could be 99% solved by simply adding more zoom depth, just allowing us to see finer resolution on the wave would allow us to more accurately place beatgrids, markers etc.

I know that a lot of people would like to see larger (taller?) waveforms, for me that's not so important but seeing where a beat really starts is key to accurate placement and is essential imho.

Yes PLEASE MAKE A LARGER WAVEFORM OVERVIEW OPTION, it's the only thing missing. Just take a look at Virtual DJ, that size is perfect, and is needed for us house and techno DJs.

Hi, I just downloaded Serato DJ, had cut out glitches issues with SL3 ( turned out to be a phono cable!) But I will say the full track size is a very thin line, ( having a larger track view ( whole track ) helps me see the drops & when the beat comes back in accurately, ( just like when playing vinyl - you can read the gradations lines on the record, ( this is a feature mixing DJ's would appreciate - having been mixing for 30 years now this is something I would expect to see to time the intros & outros ( like on SL3) the whole track view was larger, ( maybe I'm missing something here) but the tiny small track line on Serato DJ is difficult to view / anticipate & time visually. Thanks.

+1 for manual adjustment or static enlarged overview wave form. I recently had to upgrade from my sl1 box using scratch live to using dj. The overview in scratch live was much more visual to see. Now that I’m using dj I’m not able to prejudge how many more measures before the drops. I would say this is one of the most important parts to double drops, drops and judging when and where to start/stop tracks for mixing. Please make it adjustable!!!!

A massive +1 from me too ! I've only just started using SDJ and this is my only gripe so far. When you have 8 hot que triangles on there it's hard to see any part of wave form. The song title text above it is actually bigger maybe you could make that smaller and the wave form bigger please please !?

This is still an issue, although was reported years ago.

As a (former) Traktor user who mixes a lot on the fly I'm really lost with this tiny, tiny Track Overview Waveform. So yes please, an option to change/enlarge this (vertically) would be most welcome! Not sure Serato is for me, the way it is. But the tighter integration with most hardware is alluring.
