Hi all,
I've just come over from the "dark side" (virtual dj) and it's looking good so far!
However, one problem, I can't work out how to alter the pitch range either in the software or on the vci400, any suggestions?
Thanks

Hey TaylorTaylor,
Thanks for getting in touch,
Unfortunately with version 1.1.2 there isn't a button on the VCI-400 that will change the PITCH % from 8/16/50. We are aware of this issue and hope to have it resolved in a future update.
For now the workaround is this,
1. Load a track to a deck
2. Press Play
3. Press the SYNC button
4. Hold SHIFT and move the pitch fader to the top position.
You will notice the BPM wont change.
5. Release SHIFT and move the pitch down.
To put the pitch back to 0% hold SHIFT and press the SYNC button twice.
Let me know how you get on.

Thanks for letting me know, I appreciate the reply.
I think it's a pretty basic thing to miss out if I'm honest, especially when there are 2 buttons right above the pitch fader just asking to be 'pitch range' and 'master tempo' controls.
...Anyhow, I think it's probably too late to alter the whole mapping round now. But perhaps you could put them as the shift actions for the two buttons above the pitch slider in the next update?
Thanks.

Hey TaylorTaylor,
No problem!
Yes those buttons have already been mapped to effect parameters.
Its something we are looking into and SHIFT could possibly be an option.
We plan to have it resolved in a future update please hold tight :)
