External Sound Card Recommendations

Looking for a new soundcard for my PC.

I want to be able to have both mixer leads, a condenser mic, and a guitar all plugged in at once so i dont have to constantly rewire my table.

Looking at the Presonus Audiobox-44VSL.

Anyone use this? Anyone have any recommendations for a sound card. Only caveat i have is it has to be under $400, im not feeling paying 1200 for an apogee card.

Forgot to mention, this will mostly be used with Ableton and Audition to record mixes, make beats, do simple recording when my boys want to ruin my beats by freestyling.....normal stuff.

At the moment im using an M-Audio FastTrack (the original one) and an M-Audio Audio Buddy to kick out 48v for the mic.

In that range look at Presonus, Focusrite, M-Audio - if you can swing it or find something used check out MOTU or RME (note that as far as quality RME > MOTU)
