1) go to your profile
a) it's probably serato.com Raj/

2) from there click the "Products" button.
a) should take you to serato.com Raj/products

3) click the "Show Serial Numbers and Licenses" button
a) your VSL serial should appear, if it is registered.
b) to the right of it should be a button that say "Upgrade to Serato Video".

I did check, but the problem is I did not register the VSL serial on my product page. i tried entering the serial number but it is not able to register. Any item?

sneakily suspect you might not legally own a copy of Video SL. I very easily could be wrong. But in the case that I am, you should ALWAYS register your software. It makes sure you dont have situations like this.

It is a legal copy just that I did not register it over the product and now since the new version of VSL is out I am stuck. I had purchased a new license and input into our new iMAC and it is working.

I will get some support on this and -Since running two clubs and two different set's of Pc, iMac and Windows Xp, and also purchased new serato video license to cater the iMac will that be good to just keep the video sl serial and use it for the windows Xp. What would you think?

in my warehouse i found an old unopened VSL box .
if i ever choose to am i going to have a problem registering and upgrading to SV?

did you upgrade from vsl to sv yet?
if you did then you have a serial number (assuming you bough the video plug-in).

I'm not sure and how do I upgrade coz I use SL4
