Traktor has this; you can record while playing live and being it right into a deck. It's quantized too.

While we are at it, overall quantizing would be great for precise cue point beat juggling; and loops as well.

i feel the same way i just post about the samething. hopefully they'll bring it to serato dj, and scratch live.

I'm having a ball with Both Serato dj and the ddjsx, just need a few more basic features like Record/Resample and quantize. I'm using ableton more these days for mixtapes,
it's easier to correct things. Live Clip chopper is like slice and roll function on ssx.

Serato has to bring the bridge to Sereto dj or cone up with a mixtape mode of their own; like replaying your mix with each deck visible with the tracks that are being played/mixed
so you can make corrections and small tweaks.

Huge +1, a record fonction with the SP6's fonctions will be a nice alternative to NI's F1 and remix deck.
