I just put 574 files into a crate on serato from a flashdrive. I took them off my Mac computer and put them onto my PC laptop, but only 517 showed up. I know that some of the files that aren't showing up are purchased m4a files from iTunes, but they always worked when I transferred them onto Mac laptops. Some of the files are not purchased but still aren't showing up. It's not that the file is in Scratch Live but won't play, it won't show up in Scratch Live at all. It shows up on my computer and plays in Mediaplayer just not in SSL. Help?

Check the format of the Files. What is the extension? WMA files will not load into Scratch Live....

If they are AAC or M4A files make sure you have Quicktime installed on your Windows Machine.

I installed quicktime and they still won't work. I converted them to Mp3s and retransferred them to this computer and they still won't show up in SSL at all.

How are you importing them into Scratch Live? Are you going through the Files Window? Can you load one directly to a Deck?
