my setup is a pc with the ddj-sx and it has been saying "no device connected" when it should be showing an online screen with 2 decks, instead it is showing that it remains in offline mode, with some flashes of online

also the bottom says "error: failed to connect audio!!

please help!!

firmware: v 1.00 will not let me connect to v 1.2 says "ddj sx not recognized:

also am running 64 bit amd processor if that helps

Hey Raneel S,

There are known issues with PC AMD processors and Serato Software.
I can give you a couple of suggestions, but we may not necessarily reach a solution, but I thought it would be best to inform you of that now.

Please read this statement from us: serato.com
There are a few work arounds listed in that link you can try.

Also we have a Windows Computer Optimization Guide: serato.com
This will walk you through the steps to get your PC working the best it can with SERATO DJ.

If none of those work for you, I am sorry but there is nothing else we can do.
