To assist in the troubleshooting, do you have the ability to make a quick video showing the fuzziness of the waveforms?

I do not understand it too. When one player is turned on it works properly. When starting the second problem, and does appear glicht.

Are you connecting both of the players to a USB hub?

Are you using the HID mode or the Control tone discs?

I use a USB hub. I connected to it 2 CDJ, Mixer and Dicer. Serato card plugged into separate USB input in the mac book.

The CDJ 850 glitch is common and has never been fixed for almost a year and a half. Frustrating yes but I wouldn't use these in HID for now.

This defect is associated with poor transmission. How connected are the two players, the problem is when it is on one, no problems.

Thank you for the video. That is an excellent demonstration of the problem and how it only happens once the second unit is on and connected. Your connection steps are proper.

I will put this into the special area for Serato to respond. They have been working closely with Pioneer on the HID fixes. They will have a more informed answer as to when the fix will be available.

Dude what changes this article? Nothing. Using cdj 200 or 900 there are no problems.

You are right about that. This bug has been logged and we in support hope to see this issue fixed in a future release however our Product Team here at Serato have to make the hard decisions on what bug fixes find there way into development at what time and their priority. We are pushing to see this bug fixed in the near future. However I couldn't say when this maybe fixed.

playing guitar for 2.5 years on CDJ 850 and I suspect that it may change my equipment faster :)

I think he suggested that because he was able to reproduce the error you are reporting and it has been logged as a confirmed bug. Unfortunately at this time, there isn't a quick answer but Serato / Pioneer are working hard to improve the HID experience.
