I can see the output in the output window, but the previews are black. The crossfader is linked, but does not do anything no matter what deck I'm playing video on. I load a track, it plays in the output window, but everything else is not doing anything.

Hi Holden

This is an issue that sometimes occurs on start up. Basically speaking, it's a memory issue. There isn't enough processor memory to load some functions (notice that your video effects are missing, too) at the same time as loading your crates.

A restart should resolve this. To try and avoid it, it's a good idea to have nothing else running on opening Serato DJ.
