Or... at least option to chance the (elapsed / remain) time on each cue-point, like this:

1. 00.00.00 (elapsed)
2. 00.15.00 (elapsed)
3. 00.30.00 (elapsed)
4. 00.45.00 (elapsed)
5. 01.00.00 (elapsed)
6. 01.00.00 (remain)
7. 00.30.00 (remain)
8. 00.15.00 (remain)

I tried them in SL and didn't get on with them, but as a feature of SL they should definitely be in there.

Good call guys. This is something that we are keen on implementing in a follow up release as it sat just outside of the scope for 1.0.

This may be the dealbreaker for me, to keep using my 62 and forget about the sx

get on this guys... Serato did advertize DJ has having the features and feel of SL. come on. Seems simple to do, if it is not a marketing decision, please, just do it. If it is a marketing decision, I am not happy about it.
Nephew#1 12:15 PM - 15 November, 2012
i think the cue points must be numbered in the software.

For example when your track is playing for example in deck A, cue 1 on your controller is cue 1 in the software
I think it's muche beter

The color cue's make me confuse.
Sometimes i don't remember whitch color is linked on a cue number on the controller.
on my controller every cue has a number (numark V7)
'
If the cue's on a controller where be coloured then it's logical, but for now with the coloured cue's in the software, i can't see the logical

I NEED THIS BAD....thought we would get in this last update but we didn't :(

I hate it when Serato screws up my workflow. I've put SDJ on the shelf for exactly this reason until it gets fixed
Kido 11:00 AM - 1 September, 2013
Hy Serato,

absolutely needed, as my cue point labels set in ScratchLive contain essential information for my work. After upgrading software and hardware (from SL3 to DDJ-SX) I would have expect to get more features, not loosing valuable features.
Please migrate this feature to SeratoDJ as fast as you can.

Thank you very much.

Keep adding memory intensive features but don't fix the crashing with large libraries come on Serato.........
Dj Wunder 7:46 PM - 1 September, 2013
Serato trained me through the years to use color codes, name cue points, etc... now all that is gone in SDJ. smh...
Dj Wunder 12:17 AM - 4 September, 2013
I tried gigging with the SX the other day, only to be bit in the a$$ by a cue point that I thought was at a certain part of the song, but because the cue point label was, of course, missing, I train wrecked into a completely wrong part of the song. Embarrassing. Yes, I try listening to each unfamiliar cue point before playing a track, but that isn't always feasible, nor should I have to do that when we've been trained by SSL to diligently mark cue points
salazam 6:22 AM - 4 September, 2013
+1 totally surprised this wasn't part of SDJ. Considering there are 8 instead of 5 now, labeling is of utmost importance I feel.

That will be because SDJ is also missing the sort cues cronologicly option that SSL has. So your cue order is mixed up. I do have a feature request open for that aswel.
SiRocket 12:38 AM - 5 September, 2013
If they are merging scratch live with Serato DJ... The text cue point labels better migrate over...... just saying...

Hey SERATO can we get an answer for these cue names??? lets see some improvement for 1.6...it honestly cant be hard to implement

Support.. Would be a great feature and would make cueing even more useful!
LJ_WOOLSEY 2:26 PM - 18 December, 2013
So we now have this in SDJ BUT They have now changed the cue points tobe smaller.

Take a look at this thread and see what i mean, i have a screen shot of SDJ 1.3.0 AND 1.6.0
And i think the layout for 1.3.0 is better for using cue point text.

Take a look and have some input cheers.

i just put my two cents in woolsey!
Mr Wilks 12:06 PM - 20 December, 2013
Slightly related, but the cue point colours are inconsistent now SL is defunct.

Maybe an option to use SL colours in DJ as standard or a conversion from SL colour pallette to the SDJ colour cues?

I agree that the 1.3 was the best layout.

Can't we just get this thread closed now?
LJ_WOOLSEY 8:13 AM - 9 January, 2014
Dont think they close them, however once its released it should have a link posted and stating now in 1.6.0 and then closed.
