It was bound to happen with the release of the sx. Atleast s1 users won't be kicked out of the loop with Serato dj like a&h xone dx users.

I'm confused. I thought discontinued Itch controllers were not gonna be Serato DJ compliant
DjFuentes82 2:33 AM - 11 October, 2012
Seems like the Zone Dx is the only one not been supported in the new release....

What i think has gone on here is that the companies have to pay serato to use there hardware on serato dj like they did itch but a&h said no way we lost money on itch with you we shall not support that and also we have stopped making the controller, where as vestax and pioneer have gone ya cool we will pay that no worries and even made new controllers. Guess a&h and denon just didnt make any money from the itch project

Its either this or(which i doubt) pioneer support for their products is far superior to that of a&h. a&h has built a pretty good rep, hence, i said i doubt this is the case. But you can never rule it of the possibilities lol

Last I knew, the Denon wasn't making it either.
It's certainly not on this list: serato.com

Frankly, I wonder where all the Denon owners are (if there are any).

I haven't seen any threads from Denon users concerned with the new coming update.

Most Dj Intro users seem to be able to update to Serato Dj but nothing on Zone Dx or Denon DN HC5000!!!!

That is the bad thing about controllers, they get left behind pretty quickly. With a traditional set-up you can have your DJM mixer for years. Makes me not want to jump to the controller side of things, but that is definitely where the future is going...

People feel the need to have the latest technology, but if your old controller does the job, there is no need to upgrade.

For sure. i love my ns6 but for mobile gigs there are somethings i dont like that have seemed to fix on thee ddj-sx. They put the swtiches for line to mic on the front and they are in the back on the ns6 witch sucks if you need to get at them during a gig and i having line meter for each channel will be nice. Not a huge thing but helpful for sure.
