Multiple Libraries on on HD

If I have Multiple _ScratchLive / ScratchLive Backups folders on one HD but in separate folders, will this be a problem? will Itch read them and write to them separately or can I only have one per Drive?
Senario:
I built new crates from all the music I acquired in 2012 so far on a new 500G External HD. obviously a new _ScratchLive folder now resides in the root of the HD. Now I had an External HD with my older music and crates that I had built over the years. I want to now copy all my files along with the -_ScratchLive folder/library onto this new HD but to its own/separate folder (lets call it "Old Music" for argument sake). Will Serato Itch read the _ScratchLive folder thats in "Old Music"? and if it does, will this affect any of my new crates?

I just tried what you are asking:
Since you placed your "OLD Music" into its own folder, Serato will not load the files.
You will have to import your files from the "Old Music" folder again so itch can see them.
Check this video out Watchwww.youtube.com
Its a new program that was just released
You can import multiple _Serato_ folders
I am just learning the program and so far it is doing what its suppose to do.

DJ-X_Trodinaire is correct.
Even though you have multiple backups, you can only have one on each drive that Serato reads called the _Serato_ directory.
Alchimie Zinc will easily let you import all the crates and subcrates you had in ANY and ALL backup directories.
The tricky part comes with what _Serato_ database you want to sync them to.
If you import the old _Scratchlive_ folder ALL your crates and subcrates will appear in the sync window in Alchimie Zinc. Then you can use the "Copy to Device" feature and select the location that you want to put them into, this can be a HD directory called "Old Music" on the new 500G HD.
Note you must create the "Old Music" folder before using "Copy to Device" function.
This will copy every file to the same directory on the new HD under "Old Music" AND create a _Serato2_ file.
This will take some time, as you are actually doing a live copy of every file from your old hard drive to the new hard drive.
when this finishes, then you select the "Synchronize to Crates" to sync everything to your NEW HD _Serato_ database.
Soo.. Alchimie zinc can do all the hard work for you, but Serato may already provide a way to do this found here: serato.com
Hopefully you follow me here, if not I will be making several short videos with different scenarios similar to what you are describing and how to perform them in Alchimie Zinc.
Visit our site and check out each function to see if it can help you...I'm positive it will be able to do this for you.

Thanks to all that replied. I did buy and tried the App you recommended and it works great, just wished it came with a user guide / manual. I was looking for an App like this forever. Thanks again man.

We made very in depth videos covering each feature and we were fortunate to have a great video review done as well here:
Watchwww.youtube.com
However, a manual is in the works.
