Why is the Denon DN-HC 1000 doesn´t work on the latest serato version? And when you make a update for the Plug and Play support for this problem?

Hi Hans Babel,

can you elaborate on 'not working' please? Is it not connecting? Are particular functions not working? Does the unit still light up at all?

hi.. for me the first layer works.. Cue points loops and so on.. Layer 2,3,4 which controls the effects dosent work.

if i connect the dc-1000 to my mac when serato is open, both buttons with the number cue-3 are lighting up for a second. but then nothing work. no reaktion from the dc.

please, i need some help :-)

Hi Hans Babel,

Apologies for not seeing this post earlier :-( Firstly, have you selected 'enable midi device' in Setup>MIDI?

If so and you continue to have problems, you can check that your device is sending MIDI signals. See here for how to do that: serato.com

Let me know how you go with that.
