Can you use the bridge with the sp6 sample decks?

You can use both at the same time. But they aren't integrated in any way.

I'm curious to know if you have a specific way in which you are looking to use the SP-6 sample decks with the bridge? When you are running the bridge, the SP-6 works the same way it normally does. All you have to do is load the sample and trigger it when you want it heard but it's better and probably easier to use Ableton to trigger samples. At least in Ableton you can keep things locked to the tempo you are playing....
