I am using sound forge 7.0
I think it is possible, I just don't know how.
Could some one explain it??
Thanks!

load ur instrumental in soundforge and go to "process" and select "inverse"
then load ur inversed instrumental and the original song in a multitracking program such as acid, cubase, protools, ect.
magnify the waveforms and line them up as close as u possibly can so they seem identical
then render "save" mp3 or wav.

note: this will only work if the instrumental is identical to the cut with the vocals (sometimes the instrumental is a different take or mixdown).

Its almost impossible to get a perfect diy acapella because of small differences between the beat in the full song and the instrumental due to factors that are different in the production line of the two tracks like volume, loss of information through compression and slight differences in pitch/tempo.
You can get pretty close though, you just have to fiddle with things like volume and try to align the tracks as best as possible.
I tried to do a few, but then gave up after crappy results and found myself a source for proper acapellas on the interweb :p
