Anyone have a pair of these? I heard the same engineer that created the 1200s, made these. They look solid and have some good review. And you can't beat the price!

Looks like 95% of the parts are identical, in appearance anyways. Would be interested to check them out.

I was always curious about these, just figured they were another rebranded- SuperOEM table.

Further online research shows these might be a good set for the studio, especially for under $300 each. No ground wire, built in USB, adjustable pitch ranges. Unit is also 3 lbs. lighter. Motor specs out same as the 1200 MKII.
Would have to try some out before buying for sure though.

they are. Based on the OLD super oem design. Made mostly of plastic. I Had the Numark version of this (Pro TT-2) and they weren't that good.
If you want a better Audio Technica deck see here------>www.audio-technica.com
All the features of the ST-150 for about $100 LESS

AT has USB, 45 adapter, dust cover and stereo jack.
ST has wider pitch range, higher SNR, heavier weight (which I see as benefit, in isolating against vibrations) and a square top (which is more a preference, I s'pose). And option of a straight arm in the STR8.
I'll pay the extra $100.
