Serato Dj Intro allows me to create crates, however every time I exit Serato and open it again, the information in the crates has changed (ie. If I create a new crate and populate it with songs, if I close and restart the program, the crate will be empty) . Some crates remain saved, but some force me to always re-do which has become very frustrating.

Also, every time I exit the program, it freezes and states that the program is "Not Responding", making me 'force' shutdown the program . This may have to do with the crate information not saving.

My music is drawn from an external hardrive. Any help would be appreciated.
