Subject pretty much sums it up.
I took a video of the DDJ-S1 working together with Novation Twitch.
There was only one issue which is that you can only use two effects from the DDJ-S1 rather than the three effects from the Novation Twitch but other than that it works fine.

Can you give you laptop 4 decks when you combine these 2 controllers?

With 4 decks I mean 4 virtual decks like you get with Serato SL4
